• Prompt Analyzer — get detailed analysis and optimization suggestions
• Free Prompts Library — browse and copy professional-grade prompts

Paid Service:

• Custom Prompt Service ($49.99) — a bespoke, expert-crafted prompt tailored to your specific use case, delivered via email, including one refinement round after first delivery

All free tools are powered by AI and may occasionally produce imperfect or unexpected results. These variations are inherent to AI-generated content and do not constitute a defect.

2. Account Creation & Usage Limits

You may use our free tools without an account, subject to daily usage limits (3 generations per day for guests). Creating a free account unlocks higher limits (20 generations per day) and access to the full Free Prompts Library. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when registering
• Keeping your account credentials confidential
• Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be engaging in abusive behavior, automated scraping, or violations of these Terms.

3. Custom Prompt Service — Delivery & Process

When you purchase the Custom Prompt service:

• Payment is processed securely via Stripe at checkout
• You provide details about your use case, preferred AI model, and requirements through the order form
• Our team crafts a bespoke prompt and delivers it to your email within the stated timeframe
• You receive one refinement round after the first delivery to fine-tune the prompt

The delivered prompt is yours to use for any personal or commercial purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the raw prompt text as a standalone product.

4. Payments, Pricing & Refund Policy

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments for the Custom Prompt service are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Refund policy for the Custom Prompt service:

• If you are not satisfied after the first revision round, we will refund 100% of your payment
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• To request a refund, please contact us with your order details

Our free tools are provided at no cost and are not subject to any payment or refund terms.

5. License & Ownership

For the Custom Prompt service, you receive full rights to use the delivered prompt for any personal or commercial purpose. You may:

• Use the prompt to generate content for personal projects, business, or client work
• Modify and adapt the prompt for your own needs
• Use the AI-generated output commercially without restrictions

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the raw prompt as a standalone product
• Claim authorship of the prompt engineering methodology

Content generated by our free tools belongs to you. The tools themselves, their design, code, and underlying systems remain the intellectual property of ChatPromptGenius.
