1. Overview of our products

The digital products offered on this site include a variety of AI-powered tools, prompt packs and GPT-based assistants designed to improve productivity, marketing and content creation. These may include:

Custom GPTs built and refined using OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform
Prompt packs curated for specific industries, tasks or goals
AI-enhanced resources such as templates, writing systems or workflows

While we carefully develop, test and package every product, some AI-generated or prompt-based content may occasionally display quirks such as formatting inconsistencies, mismatched outputs or minor logic gaps due to the nature of AI generation. These variations are not intentional and do not reflect a lack of quality control.

By purchasing and using our tools, you acknowledge that some components are created or enhanced through automated systems and that occasional imperfections may appear. We’re constantly improving our products to deliver the best AI-assisted experience possible.

2. Account creation & customer responsibility

You may browse the site freely, but to purchase products, view order history or access downloadable content, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information
Keeping your account credentials confidential
Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be engaging in abusive behavior, fraudulent transactions or violations of our terms.

3. Download access & file delivery

Once you complete a purchase, your product will be available for download through:

A link sent to your email address

Products are typically delivered as ChatGPT links or in PDF format, and may occasionally include a TXT, ZIP or external cloud storage link (e.g., Google Drive). All customers receive unlimited personal access to their files unless otherwise indicated.

4. Product license — unlimited commercial use

All GPTs and prompt packs purchased from our store come with a generous license that allows unlimited commercial use of the content you generate with them. You may:

Use the prompts and GPTs to create content, products or services for personal or business use
Sell, distribute or publish the output generated using the GPTs or prompts without restrictions
Use the generated content across platforms such as eBooks, printables, websites, courses or client projects

You may not:

Share, resell or redistribute the actual prompt packs, GPT links or raw source materials
Upload our prompts or GPTs to public marketplaces, directories or forums
Give others direct access to the tools or content as-is, even if modified

You retain full rights to the content you create using our tools. However, the original prompts and GPT configurations remain the intellectual property of their creator and cannot be repackaged or redistributed in any form.

5. Payments, pricing & refunds

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept secure payments through integrated checkout systems. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are generally final once completed or once the file has been accessed — but your satisfaction matters to us, and this section sets out exactly when a refund can be granted.

Digital products cannot be returned

Due to the nature of digital goods, once a product has been purchased and accessed (downloaded or viewed), it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Unlike physical items, digital files cannot be shipped back, resold or restocked. We therefore do not accept returns on digital downloads under normal circumstances.

When a refund may be granted

While all purchases are considered final, we understand that certain situations arise where a refund request is appropriate. We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

You received the wrong product (e.g., a mismatched download file)
The download file is corrupted, incomplete or non-functional, and we are unable to provide a working replacement
The product description or preview was significantly misleading, and the final product does not match what was advertised
You purchased a product more than once

If you believe your purchase qualifies under one of these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Refunds are evaluated case by case at our discretion.

Non-refundable situations

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

You changed your mind after purchase
You expected features or formats not included in the product description
You didn’t download the file or forgot to use it
You encountered ChatGPT platform limits, which are not controlled by us
You experienced issues related to your AI platform when using our prompts

Our products are clearly described and tested thoroughly before release. We strongly encourage you to review product details before purchasing. If something simply isn’t working — broken download links, an incorrect file or a format issue — contact our support team instead, and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.

How to request a refund

If you experience a problem with your purchase, contact us through the support form and provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)

We typically respond within 1–2 business days. If your refund is approved, it is processed through the original payment method.

Policy updates & final notes

This refund policy may be updated at any time without prior notice; continued use of the site or purchases after a revision imply agreement with the updated policy. We aim to be fair and reasonable in all customer service matters, and while our general policy is no returns for digital goods, we will always do our best to make things right if a problem arises. 7. Accuracy & limitations of content

However, because many of our products are generated using AI tools, and others are sourced or adapted from third-party creators, we cannot guarantee that every file will be flawless or perfectly refined. Some items may:

Include mirrored, nonsensical or stylized text in sample outputs
Contain visual quirks or abstract elements that result from generative design
Reflect artistic or algorithmic variations not suited for all use cases

While these variations are part of the creative and exploratory nature of AI-generated content, they are not considered defects and are not grounds for refunds. That said, if a product is completely unusable or has a critical issue, we’ll do our best to replace or fix it promptly.

8. Acceptable use policy

You agree not to use the website or its content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
